Virgin Atlantic is bringing the magic of Christmas to 35,000 feet by introducing its very own Christmas jumper for the festive period.
To celebrate Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on the 14th December, the jumper will be worn by all the cabin crew and airport teams over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Even founder Sir Richard Branson will be sporting one all the way from the Caribbean!
All funds raised from the airline’s on-board collections this Friday will be diverted to Save the Children and Virgin Atlantic staff will be undertaking a number of activities on the day to raise money for the cause.
However, It’s not just Virgin Atlantic staff can enjoy the festive fashion, as the public can get their hands on a jumper by following the Virgin Atlantic social pages this week.
And, if festive jumpers were not enough, Virgin Atlantic will also be offering a traditional Christmas feast as all cabins will be served a full festive dinner on Christmas Day . Customers can tuck into roast turkey, potatoes, pigs in blankets and all the trimmings.
